Exchanges & Returns


We want you to love your jewellery and purchase with confidence. We will gladly exchange or refund jewellery purchased from our online store if returned strictly within 14 days of purchase. Jewellery must be in original condition of purchase and must not have been altered, worn or damaged. Jewellery that has been damaged in any way will not be exchanged or refunded.

Rock Finders Keepers reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the merchandise does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed. If a returned item is denied, the goods will be returned to you at your own cost.



Please inform within 2 days of receiving your jewellery that you will be sending back for an exchange or return. Please ensure that any jewellery being returned is carefully packaged in its original packaging. Customers will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges for any exchanges/returns. Rock Finders Keepers recommends sending return parcels with a tracking number and packaging jewellery carefully. Rock Finders Keepers is not liable for damages or if your return is not received at our address. If your parcel goes missing you will be required to provide two pieces of documentation; a proof of delivery at our PO Box address and a scanned image of the signature obtained upon delivery. If you cannot provide this information, Rock Finders Keepers will not be held accountable for any losses.

If you wish to exchange your jewellery for an item that requires an additional payment to be made towards that item, we will notify you of the amount and method of payment. Please note that Rock Finders Keepers does not have, and cannot access, any financial data linked to our customers therefore we will provide you with the account details into which the direct payments are to be made.

Once your return is received your exchange will be dispatched.  



To return jewellery for a refund, please send the jewellery back via Registered Post to:

Once your return is received, your payment will be refunded back into the account used to make the original purchase. Jewelley that has been worn or show signs of use will not be refunded unless a manufacturing fault is determined. For refunds please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed if you paid via credit card or Paypal.

Note: Refunds are processed as reversals of the original payment, ie. If paid via credit card, we will refund to the same credit card. If paid via PayPal, we will refund to your PayPal account.   

Please ensure that you have notified us that you are returning an item for a refund by email at 


We have a strict quality control department that ensures all products are dispatched in perfect condition.

Items that are returned as ‘faulty’ will be inspected immediately when they are received and an email notifying you of the outcome will be sent within 2 days.

Goods are deemed faulty if:

a) the goods are damaged when the customer receives them
b) the goods show a distinct manufacturing fault

Please note that jewellery that is damaged as a result of wear and tear or mis-treatment are not considered faulty.
Jewellery that has been altered or that has any attempt at repair made by the customer or repairer will be refused.
Once an item has been confirmed as faulty we will process either a refund or exchange as well as cover the postage costs.

Please ensure that you have notified us that you are returning a faulty item by email at
